CAWL TRAIL - 11am-3pm.
Buy your cawl bowl in the marquee and then set off on a taste-test around the village. Ten eating establishments will fill your bowl up for FREE to help you judge the Cawl Cooking Championships of the World...and Elsewhere.

CHILDREN'S WORKSHOPS with Pamela Edwards - 12 noon onwards.
Make Welsh cakes and Oggie pasties to take home and bake. Please come to the marquee demonstration kitchen to book in and bring a small cool bag to take away your goodies.

COOKERY DEMONSTRATIONS and TALKS with ANGELA GRAY
  • 11.30am - 'A Slice of Wales'. Angela shares her experiences at the Smithsonian folklife festival in Washington, where she led a team of top chefs to help Americans discover the food culture of Wales.
  • 12noon - Seafood cawl and potted crab.

  • 3pm - Fruit and cheese cake and Welsh cakes.
  • 4.30pm - Baked ham with sweet mustard glaze, Cheese and potato pie.
